Each text box automatically tags the visits with the correct office. The visits are then combined into one list and can be optimized together.
3. Visits
Visits are automatically labeled 💜 Scottsdale or 💗 Phoenix / Tempe based on which scheduler box they came from. Both offices remain combined for route optimization.
4. Google drive times
Privacy: enter your Google Maps API key here on your device only. The app does not save it in this HTML file. Visit addresses are sent to Google Routes API only when you tap “Get Google drive times.”
Your API key can be remembered on this device. Detailed drive times stay hidden unless you want to review or override them.
Manual drive-time fields are a backup and can also be used to override Google estimates.
